Can I amend my order?
Please check carefully for all the order detail before making payment. As we are unable to amend any part of your order once the payment was done.


Can I cancel my parcel?
No, once the parcel is generated to ship, we can't cancel it for you as it could have already been packed and handled to courier company even if the status has not been updated yet.

I gave the wrong address when ordering, what should I do?
If you've provided us the incorrect or old address, please contact us for help you to correct the address ASAP. Once the parcel has ship out, we will not accept any return/refund. Thus, you may need to re-order and correct the address for us to deliver the item to you.


How can I return the wrong items to you?
All returns must be liaised with our team via email or enquiries first, upon agreement, it can be returned in original condition to us via courier. 

Can I add in new orders?
Yes, you can add in new orders anytime. However in order to ship all orders together in one parcel, please contact our customer service to check on your order shipping status. 

Can I return my product?
Yes, we allowed for return item as below circumstances also please report to us immediately or within 24hrs after  you received the wrong/damage item.

  1. Wrong product – Please make sure that the product seal should not be broken.
  2. Item damage due to our transportation – please reject and return the parcel to the dispatch and report to us immediately.
