Six moistening Soup 六味養陰湯

功效:益氣養陰,滋陰潤肺,清熱除煩,利濕消腫,清心安神

材料:蓮子,玉竹,野淮山,百合,芡實,桂圓,特級紅棗

食用方法(4-6人份):將藥材洗净放入煲内,加入500-700克肉類及1500ml-2000ml的清水煲2-3小時后,加少許的食鹽調味即可飲用。

也可只用清水加藥材煲2小時,加入適量冰糖,當作糖水飲用。

Cooking method(4-6 serves): wash all the ingredients and put into the pot, add 500-700g meat & 1500ml-2000ml drinking water, boil at least 2-3hrs, add some salt and enjoy your healthy soup.
