1、热泡玄米茶:以1汤匙玄米茶(约3g),加入95-100℃热水约200ml,浸泡约1分钟,即可饮用。
2、冰凉玄米茶:以3汤匙玄米茶(约10g),加入95-100℃热水约200ml,浸泡约1分钟后,再加入约800ml冷开水,放入冰箱冷藏室约1小时即可饮用(这是韩国人的喝法)。

Brown rice tea, known as "genmaicha" in Japanese, is a special blend of green tea and roasted brown rice. Brown rice tea contains flavonoids, antioxidants, trace minerals and vitamins. The health benefits of brown rice tea are comparable to that of green tea. Brown rice tea has a nutty aroma and flavor, and you can serve it warm or use it to make iced tea.

1.Warm genmaicha: use 3g of genmaicha, add 80-90 degree of hot water (200ml), wait for 2min, enjoy the drink.
2.Iced genmaicha: use 10g of genmaich, add 80-90 degree of hot water(200ml), wait for 2min, pour 800ml of cold water, and store in the refrigerator for 1hour and enjoy the drink. (this is korea method)
